Volume-Based Junk Removal Services 
Our junk removal pricing is based on the volume of space your items occupy in our trailer 
(standard trailer capacity is approximately 10 and 1/2 cubic yards). This includes loading, 
transportation, and responsible disposal (we recycle and donate where possible). Prices are 
competitive for the Edmonton area and include all labor for curbside or easily accessible items. 
Free on-site estimates available.
• Minimum Load (up to 1/8 trailer, e.g., a few small items or bags): $99
• 1/4 Trailer Load (e.g., small furniture, several boxes, or yard waste): $199
• 1/2 Trailer Load (e.g., a room’s worth of junk or multiple large items): $349
• 3/4 Trailer Load (e.g., garage cleanout or renovation debris): $499
• Full Trailer Load (e.g., whole house clear-out or large projects): $599
Single Item Pickup Prices 
For individual items or small jobs not filling a significant portion of the truck or trailer. These are 
flat rates for curbside pickup; add access surcharges if applicable.
• Mattress or Box Spring (any size): $80 each
• Sofa or Loveseat: $120
• Chair or Recliner: $60
• Dining Table or Desk: $80
• Appliance (e.g., washer, dryer, dishwasher): $100
• Refrigerator or Freezer: $120 (includes basic freon handling if needed)
• TV or Monitor (any size): $50
• Computer or Electronics (e.g., printer, desktop): $30
• Tire (car or truck, off-rim): $15 each
• Exercise Equipment (e.g., treadmill, bike): $100
• Yard Waste (per cubic yard, bagged or bundled): $50
• Construction Debris (per cubic yard, non-hazardous): $60
Access Surcharges 
If items are not curbside ready (e.g., easily accessible at ground level near the street), 
additional fees apply for labor and time. We assess this on-site.
• Indoor Pickup (e.g., basement, upstairs, or garage): $50–$100 depending on 
stairs/elevator access
• Backyard or Difficult Access (e.g., fenced area, over obstacles): $25–$75
• Heavy Lifting (items over 100 lbs requiring extra equipment): $50 per item
• Disassembly Required (e.g., breaking down furniture): $30–$60 per item
Hazardous Materials Surcharges 
We handle limited hazardous items with proper disposal compliance (e.g., via Edmonton’s 
waste facilities). Not all hazardous waste is accepted—contact us for details. These fees are 
added to base rates due to special handling and dump surcharges. We do not accept 
biohazards, asbestos, medical waste, or unmarked chemicals.
• Paints or Solvents (per can/gallon): $5–$10
• Oils or Fluids (e.g., motor oil, antifreeze): $10 per container
• Batteries (car or household): $5 each
• Propane Tanks or Gas Cylinders: $20 each
• Chemicals or Cleaners (household quantities): $15 per item
• Freon-Containing Appliances (e.g., fridges, AC units): $21 per item (matches 
local dump surcharge)
• Fluorescent Bulbs or Tubes: $2 each
• Electronics with Hazardous Components(e.g., old CRT TVs): $10 extra
For large quantities or prohibited items, we may refer you to specialized services.
 

Demolition and Cleanup Projects 
For jobs involving demolition (e.g., tearing down sheds, interior walls, or debris removal) and 
cleanup, we offer hourly rates covering a team of two experienced workers, including tools, 
safety gear, loading, and disposal. Minimum 2-hour charge. Volume-based fees may apply for 
hauled junk in addition to labor.
• Competitive Hourly Rate (for two workers): $140 per hour
◦ Examples: Shed demolition and cleanup (2–4 hours typical), post-renovation 
debris removal, or site preparation.
◦ Includes basic demolition (non-structural), sorting, and eco-friendly disposal.
◦ For larger projects or hazardous materials (e.g., lead paint), add 20% premium 
or get a custom quote.
All prices are in CAD, exclude GST (5%), and are subject to change based on fuel costs or 
regulations. We serve Edmonton and surrounding areas (e.g., Sherwood Park, St. Albert) with
